Your Team is the Strategy
Most owners we talk to aren’t short on ideas. They’re short on a team that can run without them.
Sound Familiar?
Meetings Happen. Nothing Gets Decided.
Your calendar is full. Your teams shows up. But conversations loop. Decisions stall or get revisited the following week. One meeting leads to another — and the work that actually moves the business forward keeps waiting.
You're Still The One Holding It All Together.
You built this company. But now every decision runs through you. You can’t step away without things slipping. The team works differently when you’re not in the room — and you know it. That’s not a trust problem. It’s a systems problem.
The Playbook Isn’t Being Followed — or It Doesn’t Exist.
Some of your people have a process. Most are improvising. There’s no shared way of operating, so execution depends on who’s doing it instead of how it’s supposed to be done. Surprises show up at the end of the quarter because nobody saw them coming.
Everyone’s Busy. No One Knows if They’re Winning.
The company moves deal to deal, week to week. People are working hard — but there’s no scoreboard. No clear picture of what matters most right now. Your team can’t tell you if they’re ahead or behind, because no one defined what winning looks like.
That’s not a revenue problem. It’s a leadership operating systems problem. And it’s exactly what we built a framework to solve.
Meet Justin
I bring a unique blend of leadership experience and strategic insight to help small and medium-sized businesses thrive. My military career began with leadership roles flying the AH-64 “Apache” progressing to the elite 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment, where I led teams on complex missions worldwide in support of SOF forces such as the Navy SEALs and Army Rangers.
After retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel, I transitioned into the private sector, where I was selected for Amazon’s Fulfillment Pathways program. I later became a value strategy consultant for Infor and Palo Alto Networks.

The Pinnacle DIFFERENCE
Most programs hand you a system and wish you luck. We build a framework around your business — and stay in the room until it runs without you.
PURPOSE
Know where you’re going — and why it matters.
Your team can’t execute a strategy they don’t understand. We help you define a clear direction and make sure every person in the building can explain it in one sentence.
PEOPLE
Build the team that runs without you.
The right people in the right seats, with clear ownership and real accountability. Not just who reports to whom — but who owns what and how decisions get made.
PLAYBOOKS
Stop improvising. Start operating.
Documented processes for how the work gets done — from meetings to sales to onboarding. When everyone runs the same play, execution stops depending on who’s in the room.
PERFORM
Let the framework drive the numbers.
When your people are aligned, your playbooks are running, and your team knows the score — profit follows. Not from working harder, but from operating with precision.
PROFIT
Let the framework drive the numbers.
When your people are aligned, your playbooks are running, and your team knows the score — profit follows. Not from working harder, but from operating with precision.
YOU
Get out of the day-to-day. Lead from the front.
A business that operates without you at the center of every decision. You built it. Now let the framework run it — so you can focus on where you’re going next.
You don’t need another system. You need a framework built for your business.

Audition
I present to you and your leadership team the Pinnacle framework, answer and all questions. At the end, we decide to move forward or not. In the end, my goal is to ensure the Pinnacle process is the right one for you and I am the right guide to work with you.
Base Camp
We assemble at our Base Camp and get an orientation. Our primary work is focused on people, culture and purpose. At the end of these 2 or 3 days you will have better clarity about your business and the people in it. At the end of the day, the cloud will begin to clear and the ascent will be exciting.
Quarterly Lookouts
The Quarterly Lookouts are great opportunities for the team to see the progress over the past 90 days, and, discuss the challenges to gain insight for the next 90 days. I will remain connected throughout this period and bring any new tools to share.
Annual Summit
Now complete with one year climbing to your pinnacle, we look back at all you have accomplished, providing you an opportunity to celebrate the wins. We then shift and lookout for what the next year could be. Your goals will accelerate as your business operating system.
